Our favorite so far this NYFW!

maybelline:

“We had a lot of fun with the beauty look at Betsey Johnson,” said Maybelline New York Global Makeup Artist Charlotte Willer.  “We set out to capture Betsey’s vision of a ‘dolled up, 1960’s Twiggy.’  The makeup is glamorous and feminine - the perfect complement to Betsey’s flirty collection.”

GET THE LOOK:

Fit Me! Foundation: Clean, luminous skin was the first step in building the makeup look. Charlotte applied foundation to models’ faces using her fingertips. She then dusted Fit Me! Powder over the face to further even tone and reduce shine.

Dream Bouncy Blush in Fresh Pink and Orchid Hush: To achieve the look of rosy, “dolled up” cheeks, Charlotte mixed two sweet pink hues of this gel blush and applied only to the apples of the cheeks.

Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner:Charlotte used this richly pigmented liner along the lower lash line. She drew a second line along the exterior of the upper lash line.

Eye Studio Color Explosion Luminizing Eyeshadow in Caffeine Rush: To further intensify the eyes, Charlotte worked the rich espresso and mocha shades from this palette into the crease of the eye and along the upper and lowers lash line. By blending color slightly outward, edges became softer and sexier.  Next, Charlotte used the palette’s luminizing shade to highlight and draw light to the eye, dusting it over the lid, onto the inner corner and onto the browbone.  In true Betsey style, the eyes were finished with a dash of sequin bling, which was applied to the center of each lid with lash glue.

Volum’ Express Falsies Flared Mascara in Very Black:“Big, sticky lashes” took center stage.  Charlotte coated lashes liberally to achieve a dramatic, over-the-top lash look.

Eye Studio Master Shape Brow Pencil: Charlotte shaped and filled in brows using this natural wax pencil.

Color Sensational Lipcolor in Born with It and Shine Sensational Lip Gloss in Minty Sheer: Charlotte finished this flirty girl look with a perfectly pink pout. A touch of clear gloss drew light to the lips.

You’ve taught me many things. Many thing throughout our life. I’ve never been more stoked about hearing another persons point of view. Yours. I share with you the way I see this world and you share with me your thoughts. It’s all so amazing
